02 — About
Background
My name is Ndigi (pronounced "Diggy" like "Biggy") and I was bit by a radioactive spider am a Senior Product Designer based out of Nashville, Tennessee.
Originally a Psychology major, I began my journey into Design in 2016, and over the years I’ve developed strong expertise in Product and Systems Thinking, UX Design, Visual Design, and Branding/Identity, utilizing these talents to deliver products and experiences that inform, empower, and inspire.
Following undergrad, I spent over 3.5 years at PetSafe Brands shaping the future of pet parenthood by designing the devices and smart home apps used by 200k+ pet parents with a focus on creating safe environments for their pets and helping pet parents monitor the health and wellness of their pets.
These days, I'm at Asurion, a leading tech care company, where I'm on the Partner Growth team leading design for pilot programs across enterprise and consumer markets, combining Service Design, App Design, and Product Strategy to grow the reach of Asurion's services alongside our partners' offerings. Through vision-driven partnerships, I focus on creating seamless paths to protection and support services, developing new offerings, and enabling partners to tap into our best-in-class customer support.
